Lavender Lemonade



  • 6 cups water
  • 5 tbsp dried lavender
  • .5 cup light-colored honey
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice, strained
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Your choice and dose of Berkshire Roots Tincture

How to Make it:

Step 1

Bring water and honey to a boil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Gently crush the lavender in a mortar and pestle or in a bowl with a meat tenderizer.

Step 3

Add the crushed lavender to the pot then remove it from the heat. Cover, refrigerate, and steep for 2 hours.

Step 4

Strain the liquid through a fine mesh sieve.

Step 5

Stir in the lemon juice and add the tincture and serve over ice.
